TiareFlora.com reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without a prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of filling and payment of the order. The announcement of reduced prices is placing a new price to the old one, which is crossed. If no time limit is specified of a discounted price, it applies to stocks until they last, but no more than one or six months, as under the terms of article 66 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Tiare’s policy is to recover 100% of the amount of your order (without accrued commissions and costs, associated with online payments or payments through PayPal) if you inform us two working days prior to the delivery about canceling your order and 50% if you inform us 1 working day prior to the delivery date. If you decide to cancel an already made and paid order on the day of delivery, we will refund 25% of the order amount. The recovery in all three possible options can only happen if we have not started the implementation of your order. Otherwise, the amount of the payed order, which we have already started implementing is non-refundable. If necessary, a return of paid by card sums, using RaiffeisenBank’s payment system, will be done through credit transaction to the card used for the payment.
TiareFlora.com strives to provide customers with the best possible products and services. In the event that our client has a claim on our product or service, we are ready to restore all or part of the amount of the order, or to offer other compensation if the claim is well founded and is made within 24 hours after delivery.
All used names, images and symbols of items published on this Site are trademarks or are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized download of images from this site and their use for commercial purposes will be considered a violation of copyright.
